I can KICK!

Hi everybody! Well, here's Mommy at 10 weeks! I know it's still hard for you all to tell that I'm in here, but believe me, Mommy can tell. The pants that she has to wear for public events at work are not very comfortable anymore. Daddy says that is probably because I can kick now. Can you believe that???...I'm only a little more than an inch tall, but I can already kick! I also have all of my fingers and toes and am starting to get figernails and hair. Actually, I already have almost all of my parts...now I just have to grow! I'm having Daddy include this link, which will show you how normal I already look.

Also, in another two weeks, you'll get to see another real picture of me. That will be fun!

Last night I got a little cold, because Mommy and I had to stand outside while Daddy changed a flat tire on the car. It wasn't too bad and didn't take too long, but Daddy said we couldn't be in the car while it was in the air. Oh well, we got it fixed and I warmed back up.

I think that's all the news from in here for now. I hope you all like hearing from me. I can't wait to see all of you and I love you already!

Love,
Baby

Nine Weeks

Hi everyone! Like I promised, I'm posting a picture of Mommy every week...this one is of her at the nine week mark. Mommy thinks it's funny to take a picture of her right now since it's hard to tell that I am inside her yet. But Daddy and I insisted, so here she is!

I'm still doing well in here! I haven't been bothering Mommy's tummy as much lately, but still wake her up at night quite a bit. These next couple weeks are really important for me because I have lots of growing to do, so please remember to keep praying for me. After that, Mommy shouldn't be so sick.

I love you all and can't wait to see you in August!

Love,
Baby

My First Pictures

Hey everyone, I got my first pictures taken today!!! I know you can't see me very well, but I had Daddy post these pictures upside down so you'd be looking at me right-side up (I decided to stand on my head for the pictures). But here I am! It was fun for me to know that Daddy and Mommy were looking at me...in fact, I even danced a little jig for them. Daddy's friend, Chad, said it must have been the happy dance!

It was also fun to hear how excited Mommy and Daddy were to hear my heartbeat. I think it was because they still can't hear me reassuring them that I am still in here and doing just fine. So I made my heart beat nice and fact (the doctor said 175 beats per minute) so they would feel better. I'm pretty sure they heard it, because they both had tears in their eyes and Mommy squeezed Daddy's hand so hard that she almost broke it!

The ultrasound doctor said that my new due date might be August 23, but Mommy and Daddy think the main doctor will keep it at August 27. Also, Mommy has to not excercise too much for the next month, which is ok with me...that will give us more time to just rest together.

It's been a big day so far, so that's all I have for now. I get my next pictures taken in four weeks, so you'll see me again then!

Love,
Baby

First Doctor Vist...sort of

Well, Mommy and I went to the doctor for the first time today. Everything seems to be fine, but we found out that we have to get a new doctor because the one we saw today is not going to deliver babies anymore. Since I am a baby and I plan on needing delivery soon, that won't work for me. Anyway, Mommy and I then went to get some blood work done to make sure I am really in here. I tried to tell them that I am for sure in here, but they don't seem to be able to hear me. Anyway, those results will be back on Monday and then we'll be official and can go see the new doctor. It's all very confusing. But I know I'm in good hands, because Mommy and Daddy pray every night that God would hold me in His hands. I like that.

That's really the only news for today. However, I'm putting a picture of Mommy on here to show what she looks like at the eight week mark. I'll try to give you an updated picture every week. I think she's beautiful and I like being with her all the time, but I also can't wait until I can see all of you. Only 32 weeks to go! Keep praying for me!

Love,
Baby
