26 Weeks

Wow, is time ever flying! I'm 26 weeks old now, and only 14 weeks away from coming out to see all of you!!! How crazy is that?!?! I'm also growing FAST. I am now about 14 inches tall and weigh about 1 lb, 10 oz, which makes me still pretty skinny, but getting more fat by the day. My latest tricks are "breathing" the fluid that is in here (good practice for when I have to breathe air) and being able to listen a lot better (my ears are really developing now). It makes it easier for me to hear when Daddy and Mommy are talking to me. I'm also still kicking a LOT...Mommy is convinced I am going to be a super active child, which should come as no surprise given my Mommy and Daddy's hobbies. To see what I look like now, click here:

The reason there is no picture yet is because Mommy and I are in Idaho visiting family and attending a baby shower that our friends, Steph and Holly, are throwing for us. It will be tons of fun, and it's super nice of Steph and Holly to do. I'll have Daddy add a picture of Mommy and me from today when we return home. When we were flying in, though, I sure felt the change in elevation, because I kicked Mommy the whole way down! I did the same thing a few days ago when Mommy and I flew to Charlotte for work. We have one more trip planned (Florida with Daddy's family) before we have to stop flying until after I am born. I think I am ready to be done flying for a while.
